Dear guest, Why do we use different rates for local tourists and foreign tourists? A very good question. We travelled a lot through the Philippines and many hotels, B&B, and pensions houses use this formula. The reason is that they also need the local tourists to survive, besides that we will also serve our local clients. Unfortunately, not all the local tourists can pay the rates that we as foreigners see as a fair price. What we tried to do: For our local and foreign guests we made a fair price which is slightly below average price for similar B&B. Result: Locals and foreigners as well can rent for an acceptable price.
